TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated:
1. Introduction and Legal Agreement
Welcome to Publication International Limited. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”, “User”, “Student”) and Publication International Limited (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
For clarity, the following terms are defined as:
- “Service” refers to the academic writing, editing, data analysis, coding, and consultancy provided by the Company.
- “Client” refers to the individual placing an order and using the Service.
- “Expert” refers to the qualified subject-matter specialist (PhD/MSc level) assigned to complete the Order.
- “Order” refers to the formal request for a specific Service by the Client via our website or communication channels.
- “Deliverable” refers to the final document, code, report, or file produced by the Expert and sent to the Client.
- “Brief” refers to the specific instructions, module handbooks, and requirements provided by the Client.
3. Nature of Services
We provide specialised academic support. Our services are designed to assist students in understanding complex topics and structuring their own work.
3.1 Model Answers and Reference Material
All written content provided by us is a “Model Answer.” It is intended to serve as a high-quality example of how to approach a specific academic question. You may use the Deliverable to:
- Understand the subject matter
- Gain inspiration for your own research.
- See how to structure an argument.
- Learn correct citation methods.
3.2 Technical Services
For services involving coding (Python, R, Java), data analysis (SPSS, Stata), or engineering simulations, the Deliverable includes the raw files and a report explaining the methodology. These are provided to help you understand the technical process. You must ensure you understand the code logic before using it in your own projects.
3.3 Editing and Plagiarism Removal
Our editing services improve the quality of your existing draft. We correct grammar, flow, and tone. Our “Plagiarism and AI Removal” service involves manual rewriting to ensure originality. This service is for legitimate improvement of your own work and must not be used to mask plagiarism of third-party content.
4. Ordering Process and Level-Matching
4.1 Placing an Order
You must provide a complete Brief when placing an Order. This includes module handbooks, lecture notes, and grading rubrics. We rely on your instructions to produce the work. We are not responsible for errors resulting from missing or incorrect instructions provided by you.
4.2 The Level-Match Guarantee
We strictly adhere to a Level-Match policy.
- Bachelor Orders: Assigned to a writer with at least a Master’s degree.
- Master/MBA Orders: Assigned to a writer with a PhD or extensive industry experience in that specific field.
- Technical Orders: Assigned to a specialist with verified proficiency in the required software or language.
We reserve the right to decline an Order if we cannot find a suitably qualified Expert to meet your specific requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4.3 Deadline Calculation
The deadline you select is the time by which we will deliver the first draft. It is your responsibility to select a deadline that allows you sufficient time to review the work and make your own changes before your university submission date. We recommend setting your deadline at least 3 days before your actual submission date.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Quotations
Prices are calculated based on the complexity, length, level of study, and deadline of the Order. All quotes provided are valid for 24 hours.
5.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before the Expert begins working on your Order. We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card details.
5.3 Currency
Unless stated otherwise, all payments are processed in the currency specified on the invoice (typically GBP, USD, or EUR). You are responsible for any exchange rate fees charged by your bank.
5.4 Additional Fees
We reserve the right to request additional payment if the scope of the Order changes after the initial agreement. For example, if you add new data requirements or increase the word count, a supplementary invoice will be issued. Work will pause until the new balance is paid.
6. Verification and Academic Integrity Policy
6.1 Zero-AI Guarantee
We guarantee that all text is written by a human Expert. We do not use automated text generators like ChatGPT for drafting content. We may use AI tools for grammar checking or plagiarism scanning only.
6.2 Plagiarism Standard
We guarantee that the written Deliverable will have a Turnitin similarity score of less than 10% (excluding bibliography and standard templates), unless technical terminology makes this impossible. We provide a Turnitin report with every written Order to verify this.
6.3 Your Responsibility
You agree that you will not use our Service to commit fraud or academic dishonesty. You certify that any materials you send us (such as data sets or previous drafts) are your own property or that you have permission to use them. You indemnify us against any claims of copyright infringement arising from materials you provide.
7. Deliverables and Delivery
7.1 Method of Delivery
The Deliverable will be sent to the email address registered with your account or uploaded to your secure dashboard.
7.2 Technical Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by technical issues on your end, such as your email provider blocking our emails or your internet connection failing. Please check your Spam/Junk folder regularly.
7.3 Failure to Deliver
In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your Order by the agreed deadline, you are entitled to a full refund or a partial refund covering the time difference, depending on your preference.
8. Revision Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the work. We offer free revisions under the following strict conditions:
8.1 Timeframe
You must request a revision within 14 days of receiving the final Deliverable. For Thesis or Dissertation orders, this period is extended to 30 days.
8.2 Scope of Revision
Revisions are free only if the Expert has failed to follow your original instructions.
- Valid Revision: “You missed the section on Porter’s Five Forces that was in the prompt.”
- Invalid Revision: “Please add a new section on PESTLE analysis” (when this was not in the original Brief).
If your revision request constitutes new instructions, we will charge a fee for the additional work.
8.3 Feedback Clarity
You must provide specific, written feedback on what needs to be changed. Vague statements like “it is not good” are not sufficient grounds for a revision.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund policy is strict to protect our Experts who are paid for their time. This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding digital content and services.
9.1 Cancellation by Client
- Before Expert Assigned: If you cancel before we assign a writer, you receive a 100% refund.
- After Expert Assigned: If you cancel after the writer has started, we will retain a percentage of the fee to compensate the writer for work already done (typically 50%).
- Completed Work: No refunds are issued if the work has already been completed and delivered.
9.2 Quality Disputes
If you claim the work is of poor quality, you must provide substantial evidence. This includes specific examples of errors or a failing grade report from your university that directly correlates to the content we provided.
- We will investigate the claim by having a second independent Expert review the work.
- If the work is found to be below standard, we will issue a full or partial refund.
- Subjective dissatisfaction (“I just don’t like the writing style”) is not grounds for a refund.
9.3 Failed Delivery
If we miss your deadline and you no longer need the work, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
9.4 Chargebacks
You agree to contact our support team to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as fraud. We will report such incidents to the relevant credit agencies and ban you from future services.
10. Intellectual Property and Copyright
10.1 Company Rights
The Deliverable provided to you remains the intellectual property of Publication International Limited until full payment is received.
10.2 Client Rights
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Deliverable for personal, non-commercial, and reference purposes.
- You do not own the copyright to submit the work as your own creation.
- The Company retains the right to use snippets of the work for training or quality assurance purposes, provided all personal data is removed.
10.3 No Resale
You may not publish, resell, distribute, or display the Deliverable on any public platform or website.
11. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
11.1 Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to process your order: name, email address, phone number, and academic requirements.
11.2 Confidentiality
- We do not share your personal details with our Experts. You are identified by an ID number only.
- We do not share your data with any third parties or universities.
- We do not sell your data to marketing agencies.
11.3 Data Security
All files and communication are encrypted. We regularly purge old files from our system to minimise data risk.
11.4 Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data or request deletion of your account. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at orders@publicationinternationallimited.com.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Academic Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific grade or mark. Academic grading is subjective and depends on your university’s criteria. The Deliverable is a tool to assist you. The final grade you receive is your own responsibility.
12.2 Academic Disciplinary Action
We are not liable for any disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion you may face from your educational institution. It is your sole responsibility to use our Service in a way that complies with your university’s code of conduct. You acknowledge that submitting our work as your own is a breach of our Terms and likely a breach of your university’s regulations.
12.3 Technical Damages
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes loss of data, computer viruses, or software incompatibility.
12.4 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Order to which the claim relates.
13. User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to contact our Experts outside of our official platform. All communication must go through our dashboard.
- Upload files containing viruses or malware.
- Provide false information about your identity or academic level.
13.1 Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse future service if you violate these Terms or abuse our support staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language towards our team.
14. Plagiarism and AI Removal Service Specifics
For clients using our “Plagiarism and AI Removal” service, the following specific terms apply:
14.1 Scope of Service
We manually rewrite text to lower similarity scores. However, we cannot guarantee that every single AI detector will return a 0% score, as these tools produce false positives and vary in methodology.
14.2 Turnitin Guarantee
We guarantee that the revised text will pass a standard Turnitin scan with an acceptable similarity percentage (as agreed in the Order). We verify this using a “No-Repository” scan, which does not save your paper to the database.
14.3 Content Integrity
While we aim to keep the meaning of your text identical, significant rewriting may result in minor shifts in tone or emphasis. You must review the final document to ensure it still meets your original intent.
15. Thesis and Dissertation Services Specifics
For long-form projects (Theses and Dissertations), the following terms apply:
15.1 Chapter-by-Chapter Delivery
We recommend structuring large projects into milestones (e.g., Proposal, Literature Review, Methodology). Payment and delivery can be split accordingly.
15.2 Supervisor Feedback
We encourage you to share your supervisor’s feedback after every chapter. We will incorporate this feedback into the next stage. If you withhold feedback until the end of the project, significant changes may incur additional fees.
15.3 Data Analysis
If you order data analysis, you must provide clean, usable data. If your data is corrupted or insufficient, we will inform you. We can create dummy data for you if needed, but this must be agreed upon in writing.
16. Technical Services Specifics
For Coding and Engineering projects:
16.1 Code Functionality
We guarantee that the code provided will run in a standard environment (e.g., a fresh installation of Python or MATLAB). We are not responsible if the code does not run on your specific machine due to missing libraries, incorrect versions, or hardware limitations.
16.2 Comments and Explanations
All code will include comments explaining the logic. A separate report will detail how to run the file.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
